• Coordination of all the pre-organisation.

Based on your requirements, we will work out a suitable layout of your booth  and/or program and after your confirmation we will arrange accordingly . 

• Scheduling of meetings and invitation

If you wish, already during the  prepreperation of your event, we will search and look for potential new customers and arrange meetings and invitations in the surrounding of the event.

• Participation and support during the event

If you wish, we will support you and your team during the event. This support can be translation service but as well the active promotion of your product. 

• Aftermath
